Developed in collaboration with cleft palate teams, DynaCleft is the clinically proven, non-invasive method of presurgically reducing the magnitude of cleft lip and palate for an easier first repair surgery and best possible surgical results. DynaCleft’s elastic mid-section applies controlled approximation forces to both lip and palate while gently conforming to the baby’s mouth to accommodate feeding, crying, or smiling. The skin-friendly adhesive fabric distributes tension over a large area of skin resulting in less irritation and less frequent change-outs than conventional tape.
