OxyMask ETCO2 Mask
Technology that is simple and efficient
The unique design of the OxyMask ETCO2 can effectively monitor ETCO2 at flow rates between 1 LPM up to 15LPM, without adversely affecting the CO2 sampling and at the same time deliver a wide range of O2 therapy between 24% to 65%.
Traditional ETCO2 Oxygen Masks are limited due to the increased probability of either CO2 Retention, if the flow rate is reduced below 5 LPM or CO2 Sampling Dilution, if the flow rate exceeds 8 LPM. This limited flow range also limits the variable FiO2 range with the highest O2 concentration being less than 50%.
The technology within the OxyMask's open oxygen mask system accomplishes what no other traditional blow-by ETCO2 oxygen mask can. The utilization of a Diffuser Technology and the incorporation of a small CO2 sampling cup, within the diffuser that not only provides direct access to exhaled CO2 but also delivers a velocity vortex of oxygen molecules, delivering the highest range of oxygen therapy.
