Who would have ever believed that a dream on a beach would evolve into a dynamic, multi national company
24 years later? As a critical care nurse I saw many unmet needs in healthcare but in 1983 decided to address
just one of these needs, an Anesthethic Interlocking Device. One need led to another and the rest is history. We

art manufacturing facility.
