Southmedic launches MDI Adaptor item # SMDIA-1000

Southmedic is pleased to launch our SMDIA-1000, Adult Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) Adaptor for use with the New MDI with dose counters or traditional MDI canisters.

The SMDIA-1000 can remain inline with breathing circuit and used repeatedly as directed by physician and/or hospital protocol
Arrows clearly mark the direction of flow
Equipped with attached tether strap connector for traditional MDI

The first Multipurpose Tracheostomy Mask that can deliver High Oxygen, High Humidy and/or delivery of Medicated Aerosol Therapy. Ideal for EMS, Acute Care and Long Term Care Facilities, theOxyTrach one-mask system can improve O2/Aerosol/Humidity delivery efficiencies and patient outcomes.

This simple mask can deliver a wide range of O2 Therapy from 24% to 80%, either through a standard small bore tubing, using the 15mm adapter provided or via a typical large bore corrugated tubing, attached to its universal 15mm swivel elbow. Like the OxyAerosol Mask, the universal elbow can also be connected to most Aerosol Nebulizers that can now deliver effective aerosol therapy and not compromise the O2 delivery.
